It's time for our next quarterly meeting, and I am excited to announce that our guest speaker for this meeting will be Charleen Stubbington, a licensed physical therapist, certified athletic trainer, and professional bike fit specialist.
Charleen has an impressive background, having studied athletic training and physical therapy at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and received her professional bike fit training from BikePT in Kenmore, Washington. Cycling has played a significant role in Charleen's life and she hopes to share her passion for cycling as she works with fellow cyclists to help achieve their cycling goals. In addition to working at OSMI at UF, she has her own bike fit company, Bike Body Alignment, which is an excellent resource for cyclists looking to improve their performance and prevent injury.
The meeting will take place on Monday, May 16th, from 6:15 to 8:00 pm at Gainesville Health and Fitness Main Center. Charleen will give a talk on the benefits of proper bike fit and share some tips and tricks for optimizing your cycling performance. There will also be time for questions and answers, so please bring any cycling-related questions you may have.

Please let us know if you can attend by RSVP to this event. The meeting will start promptly at 6:15 pm, but I will be there from 5:30 pm and will stay after for a bit, so that people can have an opportunity to try on the test kits.
