Wetsuit practice in cool water with down river swim. Picnic after and fellowship with friends. 8am arrival/ 8:30 meet at the pavilion just behind the bathroom building where the tram picks up/ 9:00am splash in!
-Some will make multiple swim/tram or swim/run repeats, and some will do a single turn, no wrong answers except not to go!
