Triathlon Transition Clinic - Free for Members

This FREE Members Only Transition Clinic will be held this Sunday 4/22/12 - 5:30pm at Sun Country Splash Pool.

You will be getting in the water (if you want)! So please bring your suit and anything that you would need for a race (i.e. bike, helmet, shoes, towel, running shoes etc!). We will be going over a full transition! 

We will discuss transition set up, necessities for transition and the theory on how do a flying mount/dismount on your bike. 

If you have never been to Sun Country you will need to fill out a waiver so please try to get here early so we can start on time!
