Ladies...forget the words, "I can't." Learn to say, "I'll "Tri." Feel the exhilaration as you succeed in accomplishing something you never thought possible. Step out of your comfort zone, stick with a plan, and "Tri" something new. Come hear a panel of women talk about their triathlon experience, provide you with some basic information, and answer your questions. Signing up for a triathlon is not required, but you might be inspired to "Tri." Bring a friend and be sure to register, so we can keep a head count. Tickets are free. Seating is limited to 50 people.
