If swimming is your weakness, swim lessons from a reputable coach will teach you good form. Why spend valuable time practicing bad habits?  Lessons will make you more efficient and confident in the water.  You can ask fellow members for recommendations.

- Learn simple skills.
- Practice those skills to build the foundation for more complex skills.
- As you repeat skills over and over, week after week, your confidence will grow.
